Spiced Peanut Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
  • 85 ml (3 fl oz) coconut cream
  • 125 ml (4 fl oz) water
  • - 1 teaspoon chilli sauce or chilli paste
  • 1 tablespoon thai fish sauce or light soy sauce
  • teaspoon thai red curry paste or 1 teaspoon mild curry powder
  • teaspoon palm sugar or soft brown sugar salt
 

Method

 

Place all the ingredients into a small saucepan and stir over medium heat until thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
