Chilli and Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 125 ml sweet chilli sauce
  • 60 ml cranberry jelly
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil
 

Method

 
  1. Place the chilli sauce, cranberry jelly and honey in a pot and bring to the boil.
  2. Remove from heat, add the basil and stir well.

Serve with Camembert in phylo pastry.
