Chocolate Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 bars BAR•ONE @ 60 g or one bar @ 100 g
  • ± 20 ml milk or cream
 

Method

 
  1. Cut the BAR•ONE bars into 1cm thick slices.
  2. Add the milk or cream and heat slowly in a water bath or in the microwave, stirring from time to time, until the mixture is smooth.

Serve on vanilla ice cream or tinned pears.
 

3 - 4 Servings

Variation: add 15 ml nibbed almonds or use BAR•ONE with Hazelnuts.
