Pear mousse

  • 1 tin pears in fruit juice (± 400 g)
  • 1 sachet low calory "Greengage" Jelly
  • 1 small tin (200 g) Ideal milk
  • 1 egg white
 

Anweisungen

  1. Drain pears, cut into small cubes and keep cool.
  2. Add enough water to the juice to make 250 ml and bring to boil.
  3. Dissolve the jelly in the hot jiuce and leave to cool in a water bath until it begins to set.
  4. Add the Ideal milk and wisk until the micture is foamy and start to set.
  5. Whisk the egg white until soft peaks form; add it together with the pear pieces to the jelly and ideal milk mixture and fold in.
  6. Pour mousse into a glass bowl or into individual moulds; chill until set.
  7. Serve with custard or ice cream.
