Rice Krispy Fingers
(with Marshmallows)

Cookies

Ingredients

 
  • 250 g marshmallows
  • 250 g Rice Krispies
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
 

Method

 
  1. Heat marshmallows in microwave until soft. Add vanilla essence, stir.
  2. Add Rice Krispies and mix well.
  3. Press into a 30 x 30 cm pan, stand until cold.
  4. Cut into squares or fingers.
